Service Day is launching in Minneapolis, Saint Paul, and surrounding Twin Cities suburbs. We’ll let you know when we open availability in your specific area.

You can cancel at any time. No long-term contract. No early-termination fees. If you’ve paid for scheduled maintenance that has not happened yet, we’ll reconcile your account so you are not paying for services you did not receive.

You can. Many homeowners handle the simple tasks themselves: furnace filter changes, washer and dryer filter cleaning, sprinkler blow-out, gutter checks. Mark any plan item as DIY when you build your plan. You’ll get a Service Day reminder when it’s time to handle them, and check each one off in your plan when you’re done. The providers stay focused on the work that actually needs them.

Your visits are performed by trusted local Twin Cities professionals chosen by specialty, quality, and customer ratings. You’ll work with the same provider for each service area over time, so your home’s history doesn’t start over every visit. After every visit, customers rate the experience, and those ratings help determine vendor rewards and continued participation in the Service Day program.

If your provider notices something during the visit, they’ll discuss it with you in person. If you want to move forward, they can often handle it the same day, or schedule a follow-up. The extra work shows up as a custom invoice that you approve once it’s done. Nothing is charged without your sign-off.
